Once your request is approved, download and print the prepaid shipping label provided via email to ensure tracked delivery.

Place the unworn items with original tags still attached into their original packaging to protect them during transit.

Drop Off and Refund

Hand your package to the designated carrier; your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days of receipt at our warehouse.
